A 2 year Old and 1 Month Old...

Wow, this has been one of the fastest months ever!  We have a two year old and a one month old!  We went to Pizza Ranch the day of Kypton's birthday with Grandpa and Grandma.  Then came home and he played with his train for a while before we finally put him to bed.  He got some new cars to go with it so of course we had to let him play.  Aunt Yenna also came over to see him and made him a new football blanket, which he loves!  Over the weekend we went and saw Santa and went to Target. He loves Target, and shoe shopping.  It was a rather busy week last week now that I look back and am trying to remember everything.

I totally forgot we took them both to the doctor, Kypton is my little petite boy, in the 20th percentile for everything.  Almost 3 ft tall but is going to be a skinny little guy! He did so good getting his finger pricked didn't cry and didn't want a bandaid.  I think I was most sad when I saw that he doesn't have to get anymore shots until he's ready for Kindergarden.  Now, I it doesn't make me sad he doesn't need shots let me be clear.  I'm sad that the next time he does get a shot will be when he is ready to leave me all day :( I told the nurse I wasn't ready to think about that! Tear!  Kenzlie had a check up as well, thankfully no shots.  She has gained almost two pounds but still pretty tiny too.  I believe 14th percentile.  I have the paperwork but don't really want to go get it out.  They were both healthy and growing so that's all that really matters!

Kenzlie was a month old yesterday.  She is a little Princess for sure.  She knows when she wants to be held, when she wants to be laid down, when she wants a diaper changed and when she wants to eat, and she will let you know until she gets what she wants.  Dan says that is from me but I might beg to differ! ;)  She is a pretty good little sleeper.  In fact she slept from 11:30-6 on Monday just one day before a month old.  Can't really complain about that, right?

Kypton is still a great helper, he likes to check on her in her room, help feed and burp her and it has become a daily thing of wanting to hold and give her kisses.  He really is a great big brother.  I still can't believe we have a two year old but I think I'm starting to come to terms with it.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!  Safe travels to those that might be traveling!
